“I had an incredible experience with Classic City Arborists. They were impressively communicative from the start—calling me the very first business day after I submitted the form on their website. Someone came out to quote the job the very next day, and they even followed up to make sure I didn’t have any questions.
Their scheduling communication was top-notch—possibly the best I’ve experienced. They kept me in the loop every step of the way, and when the big day came, their crew arrived on time and got the entire tree removed way faster than I expected. Not only that, they left the area spotless and even blew off the driveway!
Their pricing was extremely reasonable, and the level of professionalism was unmatched. I would highly recommend Classic City Arborists to anyone needing tree work. Couldn’t be happier with the entire experience!”

Scott came to take a look at our trees and give us his feedback and that's what he did. He didn't try to sell us on tree removal but rather, educated us on tree diseases, care and monitoring. Although his services weren't needed at the time, we consider Scott our go to arborist for all future assistance.
