Free Estimates

An estimate, also called a quote, is an official document that describes proposed work and associated cost. At Classic City Arborists, we break down our estimates with individual numbered line items, so you can see the specific cost for each component of your project.

To write your estimate, our Certified Arborist, Scott, will visit your property in person to look at the tree work you’d like performed. We can arrange an appointment where you can meet with him to look at things together, or you can send us a list of items for Scott to look at on his own, so you don’t have to take time out of your schedule.

After your appointment, we’ll send you your estimate via email. The subject line will read “[#1234] Estimate from Classic City Arborists for Your Name,” and it will come from a notifications@mailer.kickserv.com email address (Kickserv is our customer management platform). If you don’t see it in your main inbox, be sure to check your spam folder!

To view your estimate, you can either open the attached PDF version, or click on the “View Estimate” button in the body of the email. This will take you to your customer portal, where you can scroll through your estimate, view attachments, request modifications, and approve your quote.
