An estimate is an official document that includes detailed line items for each section of work to be completed and the cost associated with that specific section. During the appointment for a free estimate, the customer will have a list of items or projects that they want pricing on. This can include removing a specific tree, pruning limbs away from the home, allowing more sunlight to reach a certain area, etc.
After the appointment, we will email a copy of the estimate. This estimate will include an aerial photograph of the home with the trees that were discussed numbered. Each number will have a corresponding line item which will detail out the work for that specific tree. This allows for clear communication in case a customer wants to only select certain line items or has additional questions or concerns after the appointment is over.
At the top right corner of the estimate page, there is a button to click on to accept the estimate. A signature is required for the work to be added to our calendar. Once the estimate is accepted, the work is added to our calendar. We email our customers on a weekly basis to keep them updated on any delays or adjustments to the schedule due to weather or other unforeseen incidents.
